Content Development |
|||
| We have a dedicated team for the course content development as per the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology. It involves the following stages (AIDDE model): | |||
| Analysis | |||
| The trainer analyzes the “course objectives and contents” and defines the significant sections of the courseware along with the lab exercises. The same is reviewed by the Subject Matter Expert (SME). | |||
| Design | |||
| The trainer develops the exercises and researches the reference material from the books/journals and internet resources. The different technical sections are mapped to these resources. The sequence of the sections is decided based on the course flow. Value additions are made based on the earlier experience of conducting the sessions in various companies. The material is reviewed by the SME. | |||
| Development | |||
The trainer authors the notes for every section of the courseware in the prescribed format. The contents are reviewed by the SME and the manager. |
|||
| Implementation | |||
| The Graphic and Multimedia Designer formats the courseware and hands it over to the trainer. Grammar checks are conducted and the visual clarity of diagrams is reviewed. | |||
| Evaluation | |||
| Review 1: SME – checking for syntactical errors or other technical errors. | |||
| Review 2: Manager – checking for adherence to the courseware format | |||
| Review 3: Another trainer who does not know the topic reads the courseware and gives feedback. | |||
| Review 4: CTO | |||
