| The people taking this class are ITIL® v2 Foundation-certified and interested in the new elements of ITIL® v3. This course gives candidates a fast track to a level of knowledge qualified for an ITIL® v3 Foundation certificate. | |||
| Prerequisites | |||
| Participants must hold the ITIL v2 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Candidates must provide their ITIL® v2 Foundation certificate number upon registration. | |||
| This course leads to the ITIL® Service Managers certificate. The course deals with detailed process descriptions, practical implementation and improvement issues, organizational challenges in smooth IT Service Management and Delivery in a practical and case-study-oriented setting. | |||
