The International Council of E-Commerce Consultants (EC-Council) is a member-based organization that certifies individuals in various e-business and information security skills. It is the owner and developer of the world famous Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator (C|HFI) and EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (E|CSA)/License Penetration Tester (L|PT) programs, and various others offered in over 60 countries around the globe.

EC-Council certification programs
Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) - Exam code : 312-50
The C|EH program immerse the student into an interactive environment where the student is trained how to scan, test, hack and secure their own systems. The lab intensive environment gives each student in-depth knowledge and practical experience with the current essential security systems. Students will begin by understanding how perimeter defenses work and then be lead into scanning and attacking their own networks, no real network is harmed. At the end of the intensive 5 day program, students will gain hands-on understanding and experience in Ethical Hacking.
 
Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (C|HFI) - Exam code : 312-49
The C|HFI program provides participants the necessary skills to identify an intruder's footprints and to properly gather the necessary evidence to prosecute. Many of today's top tools of the forensic trade will be taught during this course, including software, hardware and specialized techniques. The need for businesses and home users, to be more efficient and integratred has given way to a new type of criminal, the "cyber-criminal." where corporations, governments, and countries battle in the reality of technical realm, which ties every facet of modern day living. EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (E|CSA) - Exam code : 412-79 | Licensed Penetration Tester (L|PT)
The E|CSA program is a unique security training, and the only in-depth Advanced Hacking and Penetration Testing program that covers testing in all modern infrastructures, operating systems and application environments. The program is a highly interactive 5-day security training designed to train Security Professionals the advanced uses of the penetration testing methodologies, tools and techniques required to perform comprehensive information security tests. Students will learn how to design, secure and test networks to protect their organizations from hackers' threats and crackers' pose; and perform the intensive assessments to identify and mitigate risks to the security infrastructure.
 
EC-Council Disaster Recovery Professional (E|DRP) - Exam code : 312-76
The E|DRP teaches the methods in identifying vulnerabilities and takes appropriate countermeasures to prevent and mitigate failure risks for an organization. It also provides the networking professional with a foundation in disaster recovery principles, including preparation of a disaster recovery plan, assessment of risks in the enterprise, development of policies, and procedures, and understanding of the roles and relationships of various members of an organization, implementation of the plan, and recovering from a disaster. Students will learn how to create a secure network by putting policies and procedures in place, and how to restore a network in the event of a disaster.
 
EC-Council Network Security Administrator (E|NSA) - Exam code : 312-38
The E|NSA program is designed to provide fundamental skills needed to analyze the internal and external security threats against a network, and to develop security policies that will protect an organization’s information. Students will learn how to evaluate network and Internet security issues and design, and implement successful security policies and firewall strategies in a defensive view. In addition, program includes training on how to expose system and network vulnerabilities and defend against them.
 
EC-Council Certified Security Specialist (E|CSS) - Exam code : ECSS
The course is designed to provide an understanding of information security in general and the fundamental skills needed to understand the security threats against a network. The lab interactive environment gives the student the foundation on current essential security systems. Students will gain basic skills to identify intruder’s footprints and gather evidence to prosecute with an understanding of cyber law using the fundamentals in IT security and networking skills.
 
Certified EC-Council Instructor (C|EI) Exam code : 312-75
The C|EI program is designed for individuals who intend to deliver EC-Council’ certification programs on topics ranging from Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management, to Network Security and Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures. The program provides resources for individuals to be industry-recognized trainers for security technologies. EC-Council certification programs are instructor-led classes that combine lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on student exercises. Certified EC-Council Instructors maintain a high standard of instructional preparedness through continued access to EC-Council’s training resources. Candidates will be qualified both in technical proficiency and instructional skills prior to authorization.
 
Security 5 - Exam code : 112-12
